Just because something is posted here, doesn’t mean that I agree with everything they say or teach. I felt led to post some stuff on Hell. The sermon was sound and worth posting. If I were to refrain from posting from anyone who may have any sort of error, this would be a quiet blog. It should be worth noting I do not attend to Replacement theology, Calvinism, or dispensationalism…

I watched another video by this guy and he doesn’t believe Israel and the Church are separate he believes in Replacement Theology in some form or another. It is beyond me how these Calvinists, like Catholics and every other cult out here, can over look the obvious, you know Israel being brought back after some 1900 years into their own land to be dealt with. But of course dispensational beliefs are unbiblical, or so they say…facts are a hard thing for some people to see — for some folks anyway.

Ah, at some point I should probably write a post on healthy fear and unhealthy fear. Clearly I share the concern, but not just for children. There is concern as well for adults who see no harm, see it as fun for children, or a great time to party and imbibe. The quesition is this, how do we shine light on this day? Right now have lead to ask the questions and look at what is at the core of Halloween. The question is where is the light of the church on this day. SOme churches do share the light and provide an alternative. Certainly can be a day like every other day, but with a focus on celebration of victory over darkness but deviating from the world. Again, I am not a parent yet, but these things are on my mind and have concern. I know when we have these concerns, the first thing is to pray. The second thing is to ask God if there is anything you want me to do.

In view of my faith and trust in our Mighty God and His words “Perfect love casteth out all fear” my usage of the word fear was rather more ‘a deep concern for the safety of children’, which is a HEALTHY FEAR.

I LOVE to see children partying and dressing up cutely but wish it was not in the act of ‘celebrating’ the dark things that halloween represents.

I used my choice of word FEAR carefulluy.

In the English dictionary the most obvious meaning of the word fear is: ‘a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger….’ but others are: ‘concern…..for someone’s safety’ and ‘reverential awe, esp. towards God’.

For me there is no fear involved. You train a child in truth and it registers. Me and brother were grounded in truth growing up, yes still participate in such, but examining it, it is not harmless by any strech. But we have nothing to fear because greater is He who is in us, then he who is in the world. And this is easy for me to write, without children and the temptation to follow the culture of the world for the sake of entertainment is strong.

Your assessment is correct on all three issues Peacebringer. I learnt long ago that what we feed our minds on is what we become, especially at the impressionable age of children.
I am sure many of us who see the true dangers of Halloween are regarded as being ’spoilsports’ of childrens fun, when in reality it is pure love and concern for the little ones that cause our fears.

For the record Tim – and just to show I do have a heart – I will apologise for letting my frustrations get the better of me in these posts – and apologise if I’ve unnecessarily offended you, or other posters.

However, I stand by the FACTS outlined in my posts, and feel that anyone who thinks me ‘dishonourable’ in any of my activities regarding Mrs Franklin has, in my opinion, unfortunately come to the wrong conclusion. I’ll leave it at that.

I will report back here after the next Court hearing. Till then, I wish all here peace..

“Remember who God is and what He has done.”

Eph 3:9 “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hid in GOD, WHO created all things by The Messiah”

The ONE and Only True GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL…….

The Messiah testified that He had a “GOD and Father(Creator)” and that His “GOD and Father(Creator) was also the “GOD and Father(Creator) of His Brethren…….

And The Messiah testified that His “GOD and Father(Creator) was “The Only True GOD”…….

And The Only True GOD, HE has no “god”, for HE IS The Only True GOD?

Yet The Messiah testified of having both a “GOD and Father(Creator)…….

And Paul testified of “The ONE GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL…….

Quite clear that The Messiah was not “The Only True GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL”?

The Messiah also testified that “The Only True GOD”, HE is Spirit, and later after The Only True GOD “raised The Messiah from among the dead” The Messiah testified, “touch Me and see for a Spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have”…….

And it was as Paul testified, “The Only True GOD(HE WHO IS SPIRIT) was IN The Messiah”, Paul did not testify that “GOD was The Messiah” or that “The Messiah was GOD”…….

Simply The Messiah was, is and always will be The Son of The ONE and Only True Living GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL…….

And there can Only Be ONE True Living GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL…….

Peace, in spite of the dis-ease(no-peace) that is of this world and it’s systems of religion, for “the WHOLE(not just a portion) world is under the control of the evil one”(1Jn5:19) indeed and Truth……. francis
